Rebekah Hobbs is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for holistic, patient-centred care. She grew up in Pinelands, Cape Town, and graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2014. Following her community service year at Messina Hospital in Limpopo, she gained valuable experience working in two private practices in Johannesburg.
In June 2025, Rebekah returned to Cape Town due to her marriage. She decided to take the opportunity to start a practice where she could continue to grow in her special interests. Shortly thereafter, she was invited by her former Men’s Health lecturer, Helen Shaw, to continue caring for her patients after her relocation to the UK in August—a true honour and a testament to Rebekah’s clinical skill and trusted reputation.
Rebekah is trained in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) and has pursued advanced training in:
Her clinical interests include pelvic health across genders, breastfeeding support, persistent pain, and autoimmune conditions. Rebekah takes a special interest in the role of stress and trauma—both physical and emotional—in the body’s healing process, and she is passionate about improving her patients' quality of life through compassionate care and strong therapeutic relationships.
Outside of work, Rebekah loves spending time outdoors hiking or trail running. She has a background in dance—having trained in ballet, Latin, and ballroom—and still enjoys a good sokkie. She also enjoys creative expression through art and is an avid reader of historical fiction and biographies.
